# Shall we go walking again?

### **The walks are (probably) back!**

As the nights draw in and the leaves start falling, I’m thinking of bringing back some of my local history walks over autumn and winter, if there’s enough interest.

The plan is to repeat last year’s walks, so anyone who missed out gets a chance to join in, and then add some brand new places to the mix too.

Here’s where we went last year:

Tunstall, Alton, Chesterton, Etruria Valley, Milton, Leek, Froghall, Oakamoor, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Cheadle, Mow Cop, Kidsgrove, Trentham, Longton, Stoke, Burslem and Fenton.

That’s a lot of miles, a lot of history, and a fair few muddy boots.

### **Free night photography meet-ups**

I’m also planning some **free** night photography meet-ups around the towns. These aren’t walks as such, just a chance for us to get together, have some fun with night photography and stay safe while we do it. They won’t cost you a penny, just bring your camera (and maybe a flask).

- where you’d love to go next
- whether Saturdays or Sundays suit you better
- if the night photography meet-ups are your sort of thing
